Carl Jarvis is a former naval officer and alumnus of the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Program. He served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz.
He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (in Troy, New York), with a degree in Mathematics.
In 2006, with the support of his wife, he left the financial sector to write about the origins and greatness of the United States Constitution.
Carl believes we’ve given up constitutional principles, and this has led to many serious problems we see today.
His research resulted in the book The United States of Dysfunction: A Constitutional History of America’s Present Crisis.
Carl has lived in Houston, Texas for over a decade.
His wife and three children are all staff members at Houston Parent Magazine’s “Things To Do In Houston”.
He’s also the father of Garbage Man Joe.
Carl works in the Texas Gulf Coast process control industry.
